Ingredients 

  • 100g Sirloin steak /fillet
  • 75g Lettuce
  • 30g Telegraph cucumber
  • 75g Tomato
  • 30g Spring onions (1pp)
  • 7.5g Fresh coriander
  • 5g Fresh mint

For dressing------------------------

  • 30g Palm sugar
  • 5g Sweet chili
  • 60g Lime juice
  • 5g Lemon grass
  • 25g Thai fish sauce
  • 15g Kecap manis


 

1. Melt palm sugar, add sweet chili, lime juice, chopped lemon grass and fish sauce boil little bit tickness. let them cool down.

 

2. Marinade fillet with garlic, sweet chili sauce and kecap main for 30 minutes. then grili cook. and slice.

3. Cucumber take off seed, slice it shot stick

4. slice spring onion, tear lettuce, coriander and mint slice.

5. All ingredients mix with dressing garnish with tomato.
